I have 25 years of experience as a Professional Interior Designer in the area. I worked with Bob Cooke on several of his larger Condo/Townhome projects as his Interior Designer including his own Condo which encouraged me to enter the real estate industry. I met Bob with a "cold call" asking for his business and 6 years later he's finally warmed up to me by asking me to come work for him selling real estate. My Design background gives me passion for anything to do with housing.
I bring much to the table and not just a good meal, 50 years of living in Spokane, 2 family owned businesses and 25 years of design, remodeling and working on hundreds of homes in this area. The contacts I have developed over the years gives me the strength of a large network of people to work with while I search for a new home for my clients or selling a home for them.
The key to my success as your Real Estate agent will be no different than my career as an Interior Designer, which is good communications and the highest level of service people should expect and deserve. There are many players involved in a real estate transaction and quick communication and follow thru are essential in realizing the sale or purchase of a home. At the same time I enjoy the process of getting to know my clients and seeing the final end result which is a successful sale or beautiful new home.
I've been involved in many civic organizations through the years including the Chamber of Commerce, Spokane Symphony, Christmas Tree Elegance, Spokane Street Of Dreams, Spokane Home Builders Association, Nothwest Society Of Interior Designers and Interior Design Society.
I'm somewhat addicted to living in Spokane , It is full of beauty, great architecture and great people. I have been called Spokane's official tour guide and goodwill ambassador as I love to show new people what a great city we have. My philosopy in life is to live each day to the fullest and have a great time doing it! I will make your experience with buying or selling a home one you will never forget, in a good way!!
