I have been involved in the real estate profession for over 30 years, both in the UK and Europe. As a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and Partner of one of the largest firms in London, I was the retained investment advisor to a number of pension funds and life companies including British Petroleum, Nestle Corporation, Royal Dutch Shell, Hambro Life, Prudential Assurance (UK), Hendersons Bank acting on clients’ behalf in the acquisition, valuation, management, leasing and sale of all types of commercial property.
I established a satellite office in New York in 1980, became a New York Licensed Real Estate Broker and covered most of the major metropolitan markets throughout the United States and Canada seeking out investment opportunities for my clients. Acquisitions have included major office and retail properties in New York, Washington DC, Boston, Houston, Denver, San Francisco, Atlanta, San Diego, Toronto and Dallas.
I moved to the Eastern Washington/North Idaho area in 1994 and have become involved in a number of enterprises including commercial real estate. Having joined forces with RH Cooke & Associates Inc., I have been able to break into the local commercial market with some success in terms of procuring quality listings for the sale and/or leasing of a number of office and retail properties in and around Spokane. I have also been responsible for a number of major investment acquisitions on behalf of investors both local and from outside this immediate market area.
Both as a real estate professional and in my other business enterprises, I have been involved for over 21 years in marketing, sales and asset management requiring close interaction with a wide variety of clients and customers. My years of professional training and experience coupled with an unequivocally ethical attitude toward my clients and their interests have been fruitful and I have learned and developed a strong ability to establish and maintain long lasting and rewarding relationships with them throughout my areas of responsibility.
